Mutual encouragement of the team
Whether treat colleagues or face clients, we should show more politeness and gentleness and avoid careless and sloppy behavior because each of us is on behalf of the whole team at any time.
We should work with standard rather than disorder because we focus on efficiency. Without wasting time on searching things, we can work much more and learn much more.
Treasure the books, art volumes and disks because they are all weapons to equip us and make us more professional.
Put on more clothes on colleague who is napping on the desk, lower the noise and footstep because we know he/she must have been working overnight. Put oneself in the place of another, warm people’s heart by a slight effort.
We can have disagreement on ideas but never have words conflicts personally because we know people are not easy to work together and we should treasure the time together, assist each other, work as one man to realize our common dream.
